National standard test block of the People's Republic of China
(一)、GB/T 18852-2002
This standard recommends two reference test blocks HS semi-circle step test block and SDH cross hole test block. This standard provides a method for determining the sound field generated in solids by probes used in contact testing. This standard is suitable for the probe determination of forged or rolled steel, aluminum alloy or titanium alloy products. This standard applies to the probe frequency range of 1MHz to 15MHz. 1MHz to 5MHz is most suitable for the detection of steel products,5MHz to 15MHz is most suitable for the detection of fine grain structure products such as aluminum alloys.
1. HS half-circle step block (HS block), Figure 2-5 shows the dimensions. When used, the test block should be placed on the appropriate wooden frame. The wooden frame as a support can neither damage the test block nor produce any damping.
2. SDH cross hole test block, dimensions and shapes are shown in Figure 2-6. Use only when adjusting the sensitivity of the longitudinal wave probe with a test block. The longitudinal wave probe is allowed to use ゅ3,4,ゅ6 equivalent flat-bottom hole sensitivity.
1, cast steel test block ZGZ, the applicable cast steel material is cast carbon steel and low alloy steel, the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient should be the same or similar to the attenuation coefficient of the detected steel material. It is not suitable for the detection of austenitic stainless steel castings, and the applicable thickness range is above 30mm. ZGZ series comparison block
2. Comparison block ZGS for ultrasonic longitudinal wave twin crystal probe flaw detection of steel castings. Figure 2-8 shows the shape and size.
This standard uses two kinds of test blocks: flat surface test block and columnar test block. The comparison block is used to adjust the sensitivity of the inspection system, test range and evaluate the size and location of defects. The size and shape of the test block are shown in the following chart:
This standard is applicable to the ultrasonic inspection of low-power structure and defects of rolled and forged steel (billets) with simple sections such as square, rectangular and circular. It is also suitable for defect inspection of other steel spare parts and billets.
This standard is applicable to the ultrasonic pulse reflection method for the inspection of 20-250mm diameter of forged steel rolled steel rod, also applicable to superalloy rod.
This standard applies to the manufacture and quality control of carbon steel and alloy steel test blocks for the inspection of these materials, but also applies to the preparation of test blocks of other types of materials, such as nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, etc.
The steel pair test block is suitable for both direct contact and water immersion pulse reflection ultrasonic test method, and the sound attenuation of the material used to make the pair test block should be matched to the material being tested.
This standard applies to the ultrasonic inspection of round, rectangular, square and regular hexagonal copper alloy bars of diameter or opposite side distance of 10mm-280mm and of round, rectangular, square and regular hexagonal copper bars of diameter or opposite side distance of 10mm-80mm. Liquid immersion method and twin-crystal direct probe contact method use flat bottom hole pair test block, single crystal direct probe contact method uses short cross hole pair pair test block.
