The railway system is one of the company's main strategic partners. The test blocks used for the inspection of rail in service, the inspection of locomotive axle and the inspection of locomotive wheels are all manufactured by our company. Our company has been the Ministry of Railways maintenance system "product quality recognition" for decades, is currently the Ministry of Railways non-destructive testing ultrasonic test block only designated unit.
With the increase of train running speed, higher requirements are put forward for the flaw detection grade and inspection technology of rail, wheel and axle. In order to ensure the safety of train operation, a large number of high-quality flaw detection blocks are needed. Our company undertook this task and completed it with quality and quantity guarantee, ensuring the safe operation of the train after the speed increase.
On December 26, 2009, the Wuguang section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed Railway was put into operation. This is the world's longest completed high-speed rail line, the most complex type of engineering, and a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. This marks the beginning of the era of high-speed rail in China. The improvement of high-speed rail speed has promoted the rapid development of economy, but also increased the safety risks of train operation. High-speed rail uses hollow axle technology to reduce weight and increase train speed. At that time, the flaw detection of hollow axle was still a blind spot in China. Recommended by experts of the Ministry of Railways, our company cooperated with well-known domestic enterprises to complete the research and production of hollow axle detection. Now all the hollow axle detection test blocks of high-speed rail in China are produced by our company. The large increase of train running speed puts forward higher requirements for the inspection grade and inspection process of rail, wheel, axle, etc. Our company timely develops and provides high-quality inspection blocks of rail, wheel, axle, etc., to ensure the safe operation of trains after the speed increase.

Rail and beam rolling mill, Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Bar General plant, Anshan No. 3 Steel Rolling Co., LTD., Handan Branch of Hebei Iron and Steel Co., LTD., are also our main strategic partners. The sample rails for online rail production line are all processed by our company.
Test block for nondestructive testing of public works system (1) CSL-Ⅱ test block: The sensitivity margin of the 70° probe can be measured by hole A, and the detection range and time baseline of the shear wave can be corrected by hole A and B. The φ2.5mm transverse through-hole in the test block can be used to test the near area detection ability of the instrument. As shown in Figure 1-9. (2) CSL-Ⅲ test block: The sensitivity margin of 37° probe was determined mainly by φ1.5 flat bottom hole. As shown in Figure 1-10.
