Most of the oil pipeline system project installation inspection and in-service testing test blocks are our company participated in the research, design, production completed. For example, the "West-east gas transmission" project, which was called "a grand project attracting worldwide attention" by national leaders and one of the important measures to implement the western development strategy, started in 2002. The total length of the pipeline is more than 4,000 kilometers, and countless crossing and crossing projects are required, so the installation quality must be ensured. At that time, the world's advanced "phased array detection technology" was introduced to inspect the pipeline weld to improve the detection speed and accuracy. However, the design and production of the test blocks required for the equipment became the biggest difficulty, and it had to rely on French imports, and the cycle took 2 months. My company was ordered to accept this difficult task, and traveled through the more than 4,000 kilometers of pipelines, and excellently completed the design and processing of the "phased array test block". It not only shortens the processing cycle to two weeks, but also gains valuable time for the project. Subsequently, we designed and manufactured "phased array flaw detection blocks" for engineering testing of "West-East Gas transmission second-line, third-line", "Shuanglan Line", "India Gas Transmission Pipeline", "China-Russia Desert Oil Transmission pipeline", "China-Russia natural gas pipeline", etc., which made great contributions to the construction of China's land gas transmission pipeline. The company has provided tens of thousands of test blocks for the "West-East Gas transmission project", saving more than 30 million yuan for the country. The technology has also been extended to the construction of offshore gas pipeline projects, and our test blocks have been applied to "Chunxiao Oil and Gas Project", "Wenchang Pipeline Project", etc. In 2004, we cooperated with Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. to realize the "AUT test block localization design and application" and won the third prize.
With the development of the national economy, the trend of using oil and gas tank trucks to transport oil and gas is increasing day by day. To ensure the safety of transportation, the inspection of oil and gas cylinders must be strictly controlled. China Special Equipment Inspection Research Institute has set up a research base in our company to jointly conduct a large number of experiments for the detection of oil and gas cylinders, and designed and produced "long oil and gas cylinder detection test block" for the manufacturer. The inner wall of the long distance pipeline will be corroded after a long period of use, and if it is not found and eliminated in time, it will cause oil and gas leakage or even explosion, which has a very significant safety hazard. How to find the problem in time is a major problem in inspection. Our company participated in the Shengli Oilfield Pipeline Research Institute, in the "ten, five plans" and "twelve, five plans" in the 863 project, with the Shengli Oilfield Pipeline Research Institute to do a large number of experiments, and processing and production of sample tubes for flaw detection.
